About The Latina Negotiation Initiative

The Women's Institute of Negotiation has forged a partnership with USC Marshall School of Business to train and develop 25 Latina leaders in the art and skill of negotiation and successful leadership. 

The curriculum for the LATINA NEGOTIATION INITIATIVE is designed to address Latina's negotiation skills in the context of their leadership roles. It is the in the unique situation of Latinas transitioning to new leadership roles creates, in all Latina leaders, a need to negotiation conditions for their success.
