ESSENTIAL NEGOTIATING SKILLS
2-DAY TRAINING FOR WOMEN

Developed and taught by empowerment and negotiations expert Dr. Yasmin Davidds, this powerful, practical negotiation seminar is designed especially for women.  Participants will learn more than how to negotiate great deals; they develop effective strategies for dealing with everyday negotiations, including ways to bring reluctant negotiators to the table, address challenges to their legitimacy, problem-solve and manage conflict in the most creative ways possible. Our hands-on curriculum includes case study discussions of real women leaders’ negotiation dilemmas, as well as role-playing exercises and videotaped simulations.  Participants will:

  • Learn to identify and manage the hidden agendas in negotiations, including the role of gender.
  • Develop strategies that encourage others to negotiate with you and that help you deal with challenges.
  • Learn how to position yourself and others to establish connections so that negotiations can be conducted on more collaborative terms.
  • Work on real negotiation problems and get expert feedback so that you leave with clear-cut action strategies.
  • Enhance your influence and bargaining power so that you can make your value visible and achieve measurable results

           COACHED NEGOTIATION ROLE-PLAY RETREAT

3 DAYS    ALL LEVELS
Through the use of simulations, discussion, video-recording, and  individualized coaching, this coached  role-playing retreat provides participants with key negotiation and influence skills which they will practice through seven engaging negotiation role-playing  simulations. 

All participants receive a DVD of their role-play negotiations and feedback to analyze in depth after the retreat.
